She has traveled to more than 30 countries in the world for 20 years seeking out as many roadside, off the beaten path, bespoke experiences that she could experience. In the summer of 2006, she arranged her first set of trips in the beautiful countryside of Bangladesh for Grameen Interns, that put her on this journey of Experience Bangladesh. She continues to explore Bangladesh with her dedicated crew as part of the hunt for new and interesting places, experiences, rituals, social enterprises, workshops etc. All these directs her to the heart of what makes Bangladesh a gem of Asia, the stories of the people of Bangladesh, their warmth, hospitality and wisdom. Her background in Environmental sciences and Entrepreneurship unleashes her spirit of promoting sustainable tourism and business development for the people of Bangladesh through her efforts in tourism.

As VP of Operations, Najm orchestrates the details of all the bespoke experiences that are designed by Experience Bangladesh. When he is not acting as our clients' magic wand, he can be found trekking in the deep woods of Bangladesh or on boats shooting birds with his camera in the waters of Sundarban (largest mangrove forests in the world).

He has been an entrepreneur since he was 10 years old in Tribal Textiles and Transportation industry.
