She is a visionary and connector with over a decade worth of experience in social entrepreneurship strategy, global tourism, and marketing. She specializes in educational models for business schools and socially conscious businesses. Her consulting strategies align individuals and organizations with their visions and goals for sustainable business development in developing countries. Her extensive work in the non-profit education sector has set new precedence in cultivating leaders of community service among the youth in Austin.

Her educational background includes expertise in entrepreneurship and bootstrapping (growing a business w/o outside financing), management of non-profits, environmental biology, fine arts and photography. (MBAE-Austin, BSC in Environmental Biology)

Dr. Shams Siddiqi, Co-Founder, Energy Industry Consultant

He is one of the pioneers in financial & business strategy in the Energy Market with 15 years of experience in energy market design, risk management, financial model design and analysis. He also spectacularly articulates by-laws and legal documents. And if that weren't enough, he specializes in negotiation and diplomacy between diverse business, ethnic and interfaith groups. His passion for making a difference in local communities, turns his skills and personality into a prized asset in every organization he has worked with as a great visionary, spiritual leader and is known as one of the most powerful mediator and thinker in his community.

Hamidur Rashid, Economic Development Consultant

An expert in Operations, Global Economic Development Strategy, Process Management, he joins the team after years of experience in both management and technical consulting for Schlumberger. He worked closely with Oil & Gas clients in identifying areas of business process improvement and the implementation of technology. With his financial strategy and planning skills for projects in Africa, Asia and Europe, he brings a very unique perspective to creating sustainable paths to problem solving in emerging markets.

Sadaf Siddiqi, Networking & Logistics Consultant

Her in depth expertise range from business development in Textiles, Bio-technology, Sustainable tourism, Women's rights and health care in developing countries. She is the marketing director of a 1200 people retail garments company. She represents the biggest Women's rights non-profit organization in Bangladesh called Nari Pokkho. Sadaf is involed with UNICEF and SAFE designing prenatal health care programs and is currently pursuing her masters in Genetic Engineering in Bangladesh. She also specializes in customized business & travel logistics for corporations, educational institutions and curious minds.

Her dynamic educational background includes expertise in Microbiology, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Tourism. Peter Strople is a former director of Dell Computer Corporation and former executive with Grid Systems Corporation, the inventor of the laptop computer. He currently is the founder and CEO of Zero2 Holdings, which is an Austin-based investment firm that takes equity in small emerging companies or fast paced midsize companies. Zero2 has equity in companies throughout the USA, Canada and Latin America. Peter is also the managing partner of a private venture firm called Inside the Blueline.
